No dia 11 de abril de 2019 o Presidente da República Jair Bolsonaro emitiu o decreto 9.759 que “Extingue e estabelece diretrizes, regras e limitações para colegiados da administração pública federal”.

O Decreto presidencial nº 9.759, que extiguiu os conselhos e comissões, e acaba com a equipe de identificação de Perus, que atuam em várias frentes.

O Grupo de Trabalho de Perus (GTP), é um convênio entre as secretarias de Direitos Humanos dos governos federal e municipal, junto com a Comissão Especial e a Unifesp.

O GTP é responsável pela identificação de corpos de desaparecidos políticos entre as 1.047 caixas com ossadas da vala comum do cemitério de Perus, na zona oeste de São Paulo.

Contudo, de acordo com a procuradora regional Eugênia Gonzaga, presidente da Comissão Especial sobre Mortos e Desaparecidos Políticos, há uma ação judicial na qual o governo assumiu o compromisso de manter o GTP até o término dos trabalhos.

A manutenção do GTP é essencial para as famílias que buscam seus entes desaparecidos e para o estabelecimento da verdade política e consolidação dos valores democráticos.

On April 11, 2019, President Jair Bolsonaro issued Decree 9.759 that Extinguishes and establishes guidelines, rules and limitations for members of the federal public administration.

The Working Group on Turkeys (GTP) is an agreement between the federal and municipal governments´ Human Rights Secretariats, together with the Special Commission and Unifesp.


The GTP is responsible for the identification of bodies of political disappeared among the 1,047 boxes with bones of the common grave of the cemetery of Perus, in the western zone of São Paulo.


However, according to regional prosecutor Eugênia Gonzaga, president of the Special Committee on Political Deaths and Disappearances, there is a lawsuit in which the government committed to keep the GTP until the end of the work.


Maintaining GTP is essential for families seeking their missing bodies and for establishing political truth and consolidating democratic values.
